SEN Teaching Assistant - Burnley
We are seeking a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Burnley. You will support children with Special Educational Needs, working 1:1 or in small groups to help them reach their full potential.
Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available
Key Requirements:
Experience supporting children with SEN
Strong transferable skills such as patience, communication, and adaptability
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
Responsibilities:
Support children with SEN in learning and social activities
Assist with behaviour management and individual learning strategies
Work closely with teachers and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment
