Role overview:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils both one-to-one and in small groups. You’ll help students access learning, develop independence and engage positively with their education, working closely with teachers and other support staff to implement tailored learning strategies that meet each child’s individual needs....
