We’re working with SEN schools in Durham who are looking for Behaviour Support Assistants to provide 1:1 support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.

Your role will focus on:

• Building trust and strong relationships

• Supporting behaviour with empathy and structure

• Helping pupils engage with learning at their pace

• Working as part of a supportive SEN team

You don’t need to be perfect. You do need to be:

• Calm, consistent, and compassionate

• Experienced in SEN, behaviour support, or care

• Willing to learn and reflect
