✨ The Role:

  • Provide high-quality, tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

  • Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education and behaviour plans

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis , ensuring access to the curriculum and emotional wellbeing

  • Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour through consistent, nurturing practice
