SEN Teaching Assistant – Kettering

Pay: £89.38 – £100 per day

We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work within specialist SEN schools and alternative provisions across Kettering, supporting pupils with PMLD, SEMH, challenging behaviour, and complex needs.
This is a hands-on role for someone confident with personal care, behaviour support, and building strong, trusting relationships with vulnerable learners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support pupils with PMLD and complex needs
• Deliver personal care and assist with moving & handling
