Individual Needs Assistant - Early Years

We are currently seeking a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to support a pupil in the Early Years setting with their physical development, learning needs, and day-to-day care. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusion and making a meaningful difference in a child's educational journey.

About the Role

As an INA, you will work closely with the pupil, teaching staff, and external professionals to ensure the child's safety, well-being, and access to education. You will play a vital role in promoting independence, supporting learning through play, and providing tailored assistance in line with the pupil's individual plans.
