Aspire People are currently recruiting SEN Specialist Teaching Assistants to support a range of schools across Northampton. We are looking for passionate, patient, and dedicated individuals who are committed to making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.

The Role
As an SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them to engage with learning and develop both academically and emotionally. Roles may include 1:1 support or small group work, supporting pupils with a range of needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and communication difficulties.
