Teaching Assistant. Long-Term SEN Roles in Nuneaton

Many pupils rely on familiarity to feel secure in school. The same adults. Predictable routines. Time to build trust. These roles are for Teaching Assistants who want to commit to full-time, long-term or permanent SEN work across Nuneaton and the surrounding areas.
We work with mainstream schools that have SEN provision, as well as specialist SEN settings across Nuneaton and nearby towns. The roles suit people with recent classroom experience and Psychology or SEN-related graduates who want stability, development, and the chance to see the impact of their work over time.
