We are supporting a welcoming and inclusive school in Hemel Hempstead that is looking to appoint a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs.
You will be working closely with children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties, providing 1:1 and small-group support to help them access learning and develop socially and emotionally. The school offers strong SEN support, clear routines, and a nurturing environment.
The role will involve:
Delivering tailored SEND support within the classroom
Supporting pupils with EHCP targets and individual learning plans
Assisting with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
