SEN Teaching Assistant
We are recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive special school in Rainham. This SEN Teaching Assistant role is based in Rainham and focuses on supporting pupils with Autism and Physical Disabilities.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and therapists to deliver high-quality education and training tailored to individual pupil needs. Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with Autism and Physical Disabilities on a 1:1 or small-group basis
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Helping pupils access the curriculum through adapted resources and practical support
- Supporting pupils with personal care and mobility where required
