The Role
TeacherActive are proud to be working alongside a welcoming 2-form entry Primary School in Bordesley Green, Birmingham, who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a KS1 pupil with Autism who is non-verbal.
This is a full-time, long-term position starting in April 2026, running for the remainder of the academic year. Consistency, patience, and relationship-building are absolutely key, and you’ll play a vital role in supporting the child’s learning, communication, and emotional wellbeing—making a genuine impact every day.
