The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, etc.).

  • A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach.

  • Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to support learning on a 1:1 basis and within small groups.

  • A proactive attitude and the confidence to adapt to different classroom environments.
