About the Role-

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Support Assistant to join our specialist learning environment, working closely with teachers to help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing atmosphere for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).

The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and eager to develop their practice, supporting learners with a wide range of needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), and physical disabilities (PD).
