Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Tutor to support a young learner in Year 8 with SEN and SEMH needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a young person’s life through tailored 1:1 support.

The learner currently finds the classroom environment overwhelming and requires a calm, structured, and nurturing 1:1 setting. You’ll be delivering engaging and personalised sessions that support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing.


As a Tutor, you will:

  • Deliver 1:1 tutoring sessions tailored to the learner’s academic and emotional needs

  • Create a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment outside of the classroom

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the learner’s current learning level (currently KS2 curriculum)
