These roles involve working with young people who may have additional needs, including SEN, SEMH, trauma-related challenges, or who may be at risk of permanent exclusion (PEX). Your experience and empathy can make a real difference.

About You:

We’re looking for strong Tutors who have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in UK schools in roles such as: Tutor Teacher Cover Supervisor Teaching Assistant ELSA 1:1 Support Other relevant education roles
  • Experience working with learners with additional needs
  • A commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning
