Job Description
The Role:
Deliver tailored tuition in core subjects (English, Maths and/or Science)
Support children in home, school, or alternative provision settings
Build positive, trusting relationships with students
Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs
Provide regular feedback on progress and engagement
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience tutoring or teaching children or young people
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
Ability to engage and motivate learners with additional needs
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Degree or relevant teaching/tutoring qualification preferred
