About the role:
A highly successful and heavily oversubscribed secondary academy in North Essex is seeking an experienced SENCO to join its leadership team. This is a senior role with responsibility for leading and developing SEND provision across the school, ensuring students with additional needs are fully supported to achieve strong outcomes.
The school is part of a well-established and forward-thinking multi-academy trust, with a strong ethos around inclusion, high expectations, and staff development.
