About the role
⭐Our Partner School in Chelmsford is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and resilient individual to join our team in Colchester, supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
This role involves working closely with students who may require personal care, emotional support, and outreach provision. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students access education both within the school setting and in the wider community, supporting their development, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing 1:1 and small group support for SEND students
Supporting students with personal care needs, including hygiene and daily routines, with dignity and respect
Delivering outreach support, including accompanying students to off-site activities or alternative provisions
