Senior SEND Officer Duration: 3 months (initial)

Rate: £280–£300 per day (Inside IR35, via umbrella) Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior SEND Officer to join the Preparation for Adulthood Review Team on an interim basis. This role replaces a recently departed team member and requires someone who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Annual Reviews and Phase Transfer Reviews
Coordinate follow-up actions to ensure compliant, timely outcomes
Handle complex casework for young people’s pathways to adulthood
Collaborate with multi-agency teams to support positive transitions and outcomes
