SEND Project Lead
Location: Ipswich (3 Days Remote, 2 Days from Office)
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Fixed term, until end of March 2026
About the role
We are seeking a SEND Project Lead to support and deliver key improvement projects across SEND and children’s services.
You will lead and coordinate projects that improve outcomes for children, young people and families, ensuring national reforms and local priorities are implemented in a practical, sustainable way.
Key responsibilities
Lead SEND and children’s services improvement projects from planning through to delivery
Monitor progress, risks and outcomes, providing clear reports and updates
Coordinate activity linked to SEND funding and intervention programmes
Support partnership self-evaluation, audits and maturity assessments
Work closely with families, professionals and partner organisations
Use data and insight to track impact and inform decision-making
Support teams to embed improv...
