The Education Network is currently recruiting a committed and compassionate SEN Specialist to work within a SEND school in Bradford. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about supporting pupils with complex and diverse special educational needs in a specialist setting.
The Role As an SEN Specialist in a SEND school, your responsibilities will include:
Providing targeted, personalised support to pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties
Supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom, including during interventions and therapeutic activities
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and multidisciplinary professionals to support individual education plans
Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning
Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate
