SEN Support Worker – Salford


Milk Education is working in partnership with a specialist provision in Salford to recruit a nurturing, enthusiastic and adaptable SEN Support Worker. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference supporting pupils with complex additional needs in a structured, caring environment.


You will play a vital role in helping pupils to learn, self-regulate and build confidence, working closely with teachers and the wider support team.


The Role


As an SEN Support Worker, you will:

  • Support the class teacher with the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities aligned to individual SEN needs

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and emotional security
