Role Purpose:
Deliver differentiated, creative curriculum tailored to autism and complex learning needs.
Promote positive behaviours for learning and help pupils develop social, emotional and life skills.
Contribute to assessment, reporting, and multi-agency planning to support personalised outcomes.
Lead classroom practice with high expectations for achievement and wellbeing.
