The Role


We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role is particularly well suited to someone with experience (or a keen interest in developing experience) in:

  • Supporting pupils with regulation and emotional/behavioural needs

  • Working closely with children with complex medical needs and/or significant learning disabilities

  • Implementing personalised strategies to promote engagement, independence and positive outcomes
