Key Responsibilities
- Oversee ERP system integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement roadmaps for system upgrades and enhancements
- Ensure reliable operation of recurring processes (e.g., year-end closing)
- Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Provide user support, training, and maintain documentation
Required Profile
