The Opportunity

To support continued growth, our client is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business while expanding and managing strategic client relationships. This is a hunter-led role with account management responsibility, ideal for a senior sales professional who understands how packaging and direct mail integrate with retail marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure net-new business
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing relationships
  • Lead discovery conversations and translate client objectives into custom packaging, POP, direct mail, and print solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with Marketing, Procurement, Operations, and Senior Leadership stakeholders
