Base pay range

A$120,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of mid‑market prospects, focusing on new acquisition and revenue expansion.
  • Drive the full sales cycle end‑to‑end: prospecting, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
  • Sell FX hedging, payments, cash management, and lending solutions through a consultative approach.
  • Build strong relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and senior stakeholders across a range of industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product adoption, improve customer experience, and identify market opportunities.
  • Stay informed on compliance requirements, competitive offerings, and product enhancements to position solutions effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of proven FX or payments sales experience – must have sold FX or payment solutions.
  • A strong track record in a hunter or acquisition‑focused B2B role, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling into mid‑sized corporates – ideally with exposure to both banking and fintech environments.
  • Ability to present complex financial solutions clearly and compellingly to senior decision‑makers.
  • A strategic, analytical mindset paired with strong commercial instincts.
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to win credibility fast.
