Job Description
CTC - 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 per annum (negotiable)
The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure clean books, and support management with accurate financial reporting. This is a critical role in maintaining financial discipline and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain all accounting entries in Tally Prime (or relevant ERP).
Record purchase, sales, contra, payment, journal, and receipt entries.
Manage daily cash, bank reconciliations, and ensure zero discrepancies.
Track gold, diamond & inventory-related transactions with accuracy
Reconcile stock differences between ERP and physical inventory
Taxation & Compliance
Prepare GST workings and reconcile GSTR 2A/2B.
Assist in filing monthly GST returns.
TDS calculation and ensuring timely payments & returns.
Work with external auditors during internal/external audits.
