CSE Crosscom is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive growth across our two-way radio and telecommunications portfolio in Western Australia.

This opportunity is responsible for managing a client vertical encompassing new business development, strategic account management, and long-term customer partnerships across allocated key accounts. You’ll work closely with operational, technical, and administrative teams to deliver high-value solutions that improve customer outcomes, driving WA’s profitability and help achieve customer results from their services.

You will continue to be a trusted advisor, build on relationships at multiple levels and take ownership of developing accounts across your sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities within assigned vertical markets and key accounts
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all organisational levels, including senior decision-makers
  • Understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored product and service solutions
  • Lead proposal development, quotations, tender responses, and commercial negotiations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to close and handover
  • Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and administrative teams to design and deliver effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear sales forecasting and reporting
  • Share market insights and emerging trends with the Regional Sales Manager

Account Management & Growth

  • Own and manage key customer relationships post-sale, ensuring ongoing value delivery
  • Achieve revenue and growth targets across your portfolio
  • Negotiate, review, and renew contracts ahead of expiry
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, rentals, and cross-sell additional CSE Crosscom capabilities
  • Maintain regular customer engagement to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term profitability
  • Proactively manage issues and elevate where required to protect relationships

About you:

You’re a commercially astute, relationship-driven sales professional with experience selling technical or complex solutions.

You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales or account management within technical, industrial, or solutions-based environments
  • Proven success managing key accounts and delivering sustained revenue growth
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term, trusted client relationships
  • Confidence engaging with executive and senior management stakeholders
  • Experience in radio, telecommunications, or adjacent technologies (highly regarded)
  • Strong written communication skills, including tender and proposal development
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams on solution design and problem-solving
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with excellent customer advocacy
  • Strong attention to detail, forecasting, and reporting capability
