The Role
Responsible for driving specification and promoting Their Products and Services to key accounts predominately within the Architectural and Design community within Sydney and Canberra markets.
The Successful Applicant
A proven sales track record in driving revenue, pipeline management and meeting sales targets (5+ years)
Strong understanding of end-to-end sales process within the A&D channel
Demonstrated experience in identifying new business opportunities, and growing and maintaining long-term business relationships, with a result-orientated focus
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider organisation
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail across product, technical and design information
A strong work ethic and be self-motivated
Responsibilities
Provide complete solutions for every customer to grow revenue and profitability
Responsible for achieving an individual sales target and actively contributing to overall team targets
Pro-actively generate project opportunities in line with pipeline specification targets
Required to understand design documentation while providing solution-based selling with product and technical information
Maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts at all levels
Regular travel to Canberra
Paying a $115k - $120k Base + Super + $20k car + uncapped commissions ($OTE - $200k)
