JD: Account Manager – C2H (Domestic Staffing)

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing domestic C2H staffing accounts with a balanced focus on 50% client handling and 50% delivery management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, requirements, SLAs, and escalations.
  • Drive account growth, rate negotiations, and conversions.
  • Lead delivery team to ensure timely and quality closures.
  • Track submissions, interviews, closures, and team productivity.
  • Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 6–18 years of experience in domestic IT staffing (C2H).
  • Strong client-facing, delivery, and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT skills, market rates, and hiring trends.
