Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Senior Account Manager will be responsible for converting prospects into sales, offerings by identifying and uncovering opportunities within new and existing accounts. Continuously building rapport/relationships with individuals at assigned key accounts will be critical. After winning projects, liaise and coordinate with the internal project management team, as well as the client, to ensure the timely delivery of projects ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Achieve or exceed specific sales targets.

  • Establish and execute plan allocating effort and time efficiently across all assigned Accounts and Contacts, based on priority and imminence of opportunities, while also ensuring regularity of outreach and interactions.

  • Prepare for and conduct purposeful individual and group client interactions and presentations.
