Role Title: Senior Account Manager – Product & Solutions

Reporting to: Senior Vice President – Product & Solution

Job Description:

The role of a senior account manager in Product and Solutions is a Central Team function. It is Groupe focused and agency agnostic. The candidate needs to track, analyse and identify organic growth opportunities within the Groupe.


Being a central role, the candidate will be the SPOC for all agencies across Global/ Regional/ Local offices to reach out to, for RFPs across Creative, Digital, Tech, Production, Content, Experiential and CRM.

  • Identify and maintain client lists across agencies and practices on a Quarterly basis
  • Identify and maintain revenue across agencies and practices for Top 20 clients
  • Identify business opportunities for organic growth through integration of whitespace services
  • Engage with agency teams and client leads on initiating projects
  • Track and maintain news updates across top 20 clients for Groupe Leadership Team
  • Maintain credentials across agencies and practice, the candidate will need to tailor these decks for upcoming pitches
  • Coordinate with global/ regional/ local teams on incoming RFPs/ pitches
  • Coordinate with global/ regional teams on New Biz track maintenance
  • Actively engage with Practice leads on Business Opportunities across agencies and lead as a SPOC


Candidate Profile:

The candidate suitable to this role would be one who has experience working on a Global/ Regional business involving stakeholders outside of their country/offices. Preferred applicants would be ex-Unilever, P&G, Colgate account management personnel.

  • Graduate from a leading Mass Communication specialist university
  • 6-8years of work experience in a Regional/ Global role
  • Should have experience in running Creative & Digital Projects
  • Experience in running eCommerce projects is preferred
  • Should be able to independently lead conversations
  • Must have the capability of connecting the dots from unrelated conversations to identify opportunities
