POSITION
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Manager that will work to maintain, and expand relationships with strategic partners in our mortgage vertical. The Senior Account Manager will work directly with mortgage companies to help troubleshoot any issues, while partnering with internal teams to help grow LendingTree’s partnership. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing team and drive our business forward. Responsibilities include motivation, resource management, business development, account management, and consultative selling.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintains productive and professional relationships with clientsCollaborates across departments to meet account performance objectives and client expectationsMeets assigned revenue targets and strategic objectives for assigned accountsAnalyzes large amounts of data routinelyMaintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standardsAssist in the daily growth and development of clientsStrategize & execute account tasks alongside the Digital Marketing Business Development team Role Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong mathematical and analytical abilityStrong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)Strong organizational skills are a MUST; i.e., managing your calendar, weekly client meetings, interdepartmental meetings/projects, opportunity tracking via CRM systems, etc.Self-motivator who is proactive with ability to multitask and work autonomously but collaborate as necessaryBe comfortable with fast pace, & being able to pivot tasks/topics of business conversationsBe able to think across-programs/productsAbility to draw conclusions from complex dataset, condense to layman’s terms for clients and present them to internal and external audiencesTeam player with proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and executivesExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needsVerifiable ability to handle MM enterprise level accountsHigh attention to detailBachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, English, etc.)5+ years of related industry experienceExperience in the insurance industry, lead generation, online performance marketing or digital advertising preferredExperience with SQL/PowerBI preferredSalesForce experience is a plusMust have excellent PC Skills. Must demonstrate ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations, use Word and Excel. COMPANY
