Job Description:

  • Manage key client accounts and lead AV project sales from lead generation to closure.
  • Build strong client relationships and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Work with Pre-Sales and Project teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and commercially viable.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback for strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in AV/IT sales or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of AV systems and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
