Role Overview
The Senior Account Manager / Technical Recruiter will oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for software roles, manage client relationships, and mentor recruitment team members. This role requires strong technical recruiting experience, client communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for software and technical positions across multiple clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary liaison for hiring updates and feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, scope roles, and create sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn, ATS, and other tools.
- Create and present detailed candidate reports and submission summaries.
- Lead and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
- Attend daily/weekly client calls during PST hours.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes with both clients and candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a client/account management role.
- Proven experience recruiting software engineers, full-stack developers, and technical leadership roles.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills (verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools, Boolean search methods, and ATS systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working the U.S. PST shift.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with US-based tech clients or startups.
- Familiarity with software development concepts and frameworks.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing a recruitment team.
