Senior Account Servicing Executive

The Senior Account Servicing role acts as the primary client interface, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and continuity throughout the project lifecycle. This role coordinates stakeholder inputs, manages expectations, and facilitates decision-making across multiple parties, while ensuring project requirements, feedback, and approvals are accurately translated into the design and delivery process. With oversight of scope, timelines, and service quality, the Senior Account lead supports smooth execution and maintains a strong working partnership between the client, consultants, and production teams.
