Location: Ahmedabad
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: 5 days a week

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced RTR Specialist to manage end-to-end Record to Report activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with month-end close, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities
Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, provisions, reclassifications)
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Support internal and external audits
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Coordinate with onshore and cross-functional teams
