Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or CA with 10 years of work experience in a financial reporting/business finance role.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, with the knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fluid environment and to lead and drive operational initiatives.
- Ability to manage workloads, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail and a commitment to process improvement.
- Ability to drive for results, leadership and negotiating skills.
