Role Purpose

Supporting the finance controller with the efficient and accurate financial management of the Control Risks Australia business.

Role Tasks and Responsibilities

Accounting and Tax

  • In collaboration with the Shared Service Centre team ensure accuracy of month end results (P&L and Balance Sheet).
  • Posting of all vendor purchase orders and collaboration with the Shared Service Centre team to ensure accuracy of vendor balances.
  • Regular review of balance sheets ensuring all balances are reconciled and substantiated.
  • Posting and confirmation of all inter-company transactions including reconciliation of intercompany balances.
  • Timely and accurate completion of all tax returns and submissions.

Payroll

  • End to end processing of payroll on a monthly basis, including processing leave payouts and final pay on termination.
