🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
Supervise and support junior accounting staff
✅ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
