Senior Accountant (CA)

Job Description:

•    Prepare monthly MIS financial statement, P&L, Balance Sheets and cashflow statements

•    Assist management to monitor project budgets, conducting regular budget reviews to ensure the project stays within budget.

•    Coordinate with accounts team to ensure adherence to company’s accounting SOPs and industry standards.    

•    Oversee day-to-day accounting, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

•    Oversee all direct and indirect tax compliances (GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, etc.). 

•    Coordinate with project managers, accounts, procurement and inventory team ensuring accuracy in project cashflow management, for smooth and timely execution of projects.

•    Perform cost analyses, cost variance, and profitability assessments.

•    Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights for financial planning.

•    Ensure compliance with company’s financial regulations and standards.

•    Ensure accurate documentation for all project related finances reporting to Management and auditors.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) would be advantageous.

•    Proficiency in tally or equivalent accounting systems.

•    Strong understanding of manufacturing industry financial practices.

•    Advanced proficiency in managing general ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.

    Chartered Accountant (CA) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) would be advantageous.
