The role has become available due to a long‑term team member retiring, making this a rare chance to step into a well‑managed, loyal portfolio.

About the Role

  • You will manage a portfolio of clients ranging from $1M to $50M turnover, including SMEs, groups, HNW individuals and family entities.
  • Your work will include a blend of advisory and compliance, and you’ll work closely with the Partners for review, mentorship and career progression.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, BAS, IAS, and financial statements
  • Tax planning & structuring
  • Advisory support to growing SMEs and groups
  • Work across all entity types: individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships
  • Exposure to SMSFs (experience desirable but not essential)
  • Migrate and work within Xero, Class Super, and NowInfinity
  • Mentor junior staff and collaborate with a national and offshore team
  • Engage in internal initiatives, innovation projects and community‑focused events

About You

  • CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
  • 5+ years in Business Services / Tax
  • Strong communicator who enjoys direct client contact
  • Experience managing a portfolio end‑to‑end
  • Interested in advisory, business improvement and long‑term client relationships
  • Keen to grow within a firm offering genuine career development and Partner involvement
