Senior Accountant
The Senior Accountant maintains accurate financial records and ensures transactions comply with GAAP. This role oversees general ledger integrity, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis, while guiding support staff. The position also supports budgeting, forecasting, audits, and technical accounting matters in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting OperationsOversee and provide backup support for AR, AP, and daily transactions Prepare daily sales and cash reports Maintain chart of accounts, master data, fixed assets, CapEx, and inventory accounting Support production, inventory costing, and BOM reviews Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity Drive process improvements and accounting best practices Month-End Close Lead monthly close according to established timelines Reconcile AR, AP, inventory, ba...
