Accounts Specialist


Key Responsibilities:


Maintain the company’s accounts in accordance with approved principles and policies.


Record and document accounting transactions in journals and ledgers, handle adjustment entries, and


prepare financial and periodic reports in line with the financial and accounting system.


Issue monthly reports on general expenses and document them in the relevant financial records.


Generate and review detailed monthly trial balances.


Monitor disbursements through bank statements.


Prepare necessary checks based on approved payment vouchers for submission to the authorized signatory.


Review payment orders and ensure compliance with financial policies.


Sign accounting documents (disbursement, entry, etc.) and record them in the accounting software after
