Senior Accountant - SEC Reporting
Location: Morris County
Salary: $95K to $110K (DOE) plus bonus
Benefits: Excellent benefits including generous PTO

Our client is seeking a hands on Senior Accountant - SEC Reporting responsible for both Technical Accounting & SEC reporting of complex accounting matters. 3-6 years of work experience with a combination of both public accounting and public company experience desired.

What will be expected of you as Senior Accountant - SEC Reporting?

  • Provide technical reporting and accounting assistance in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP

  • Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q and10-K forms)

  • Master complex technical accounting issues

  • Participate in the integration of acquisitions and divestitures

  • Create and update data queries / templates
