Duties and Responsibilities
- Payroll
- Preparation of payroll every 15th and 30th of the month
- Processing of payment to SSS, HMDF and Philhealth
- Commissions
- Preparation of Commissions every month
- Tax
- Preparation of Tax Returns
- Encoding of SLSPI, MAP, QAP and SAWT
- Bank Reconciliation Report
- Preparation of Monthly Bank Recon
- Check Vouchers
- Checking of Check Vouchers prepared by the AP Specialist
- Update job knowledge by participating in available accounting educational opportunities
