Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Payroll
    1. Preparation of payroll every 15th and 30th of the month
    2. Processing of payment to SSS, HMDF and Philhealth
  2. Commissions
    1. Preparation of Commissions every month
  3. Tax
    1. Preparation of Tax Returns
    2. Encoding of SLSPI, MAP, QAP and SAWT
  4. Bank Reconciliation Report
    1. Preparation of Monthly Bank Recon
  5. Check Vouchers
    1. Checking of Check Vouchers prepared by the AP Specialist
  6. Update job knowledge by participating in available accounting educational opportunities
