Senior Accountant

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial operations. You will bring strong technical accounting skills and a proactive approach to process improvement, ideally backed by experience in the NDIS and not-for-profit sectors.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow statements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with NDIS pricing arrangements and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and lodge BAS, PAYG, and other statutory requirements
• Support year‑end audit processes and liaise with external auditors
• Improve and streamline financial systems and processes
• Mentor and support junior finance staff as required
• Provide financial insights to support decision‑making across the organisation
