Senior Accountant

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Accountant is responsible for performing advanced accounting and payroll duties that support accurate financial reporting and ensure organizational compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role oversees complex reconciliations, prepares financial statements, maintains key accounting systems, and supports year-end and audit processes. In addition, the Senior Accountant leads core payroll functions—including processing, reporting, and validating payroll data—to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation. The position also partners closely with Finance, Payroll, HR, and operational departments to analyze financial data, resolve discrepancies, and support effective decision-making across the organization.

COMPENSATION: $68,000 to $71,000 annually (depending on experience)
