Essential duties

  • To ensure timely release and presentation of fair financial reports to its stakeholders - management, government agencies such as the BIR, SEC, SSS, HDMF,
  • To assist in maximizing working capital and cash
  • To ensure all accounts are updated
  • To assist in the preparation of reports needed by the management

  • Financial reporting
  • Financial management
  • Ensuring correct reports and compliance with accounting standards
    • Bank reconciliation
    • Short-term or long-term cash investment
    • Due to/from related parties
    • Prepayments and other current assets
    • Other non-current assets - deposits, deferred tax assets
    • Investment properties
    • Property and equipment
    • Investment in shares of stocks
    • Investment in subsidiaries
  • Compliance with government agencies
